The US District Court for the District of Columbia has issued an order in the matter of Appalachian Voices et al vs. Gina McCarthy, US EPA Administrator. The order compels the US Environmental Protection Agency to inform the court within sixty days when it will be able to publish a regulation for management of coal combustion residuals.
